Creating Student Google Docs Accounts

EUSD has free Google Docs accounts for students and teachers. To get accounts for your class you will need to email a spreadsheet with the following information about each student.

I need the following fields for each student:

  • User Name: Should be in this format, firstname.lastname (mike.guerena)
  • First Name
  • Last Name
  • Password: Needs to be at least six letters or numbers. If you do they same for everyone it will be easy to remember, but will need to trust that they will not get into each others accounts.

Please download this spreadsheet and send to Mike Guerena via email.
