Outgoing 6th Grade Google Docs Transfer

Here are directions for transferring Google Docs files from the EUSD account to another Google Docs account for the outgoing sixth grade students.
Step 1 Sign Up for a Google account at Google.com. This will give you a Google Docs account outside of Encinitas USD.

Step 2. Login to your EUSD account at docs.eusd.net and put a check next to the Google Docs files that you want to transfer to your new account.

Step 3 Select “Share” on the menu bar.

Step 4 Type in the login email for your Google account under “Invite People” and then click on “Invite Collaborators.

This will share all the documents with your new Google Docs accounts. We will be likely deleting outgoing 6th grader accounts in August, so please move your files prior to this time.
